Candid moments
Candid moments in photography are like miracles, all the conditions must align. You need the candid moment to happen at the same time you press the shutter and all your setting must also cooperate. Light, focus, shutter speed, aperture and of course composition must all come together in a millisecond in time.
For me it is always a desperate moment when my eyes try to predict that moment, but in the end I have to throw technical caution to the wind and just hope that I catch that quickly fleeing moment. Press the shutter as many times as I can without letting the panicked pressing of the shutter shake the camera.
